INOCON – Miniature type series clamp mountings

Again we extend our assortment, this time about a complete construction unit in miniature type. Clamp mountings made of aluminium are construction elements for round diameters of 8-20 mm and square diameters of 8-16 mm. They serve for a wide variety of different uses, such as positioning of sensors, reflectors and similar elements and, owing to their many designs, variants and bore diameters are true problems solvers in machine and jig construction. These are precision elements made of high-tensile aluminium which guarantee ultimate clamping stability even when exposed to strong vibrations. The clamping mechanism is largely independent of temperature and environmental factors, requiring no post-adjustment.

For extreme requirements in terms of stability, square profile sections may be used which provide a form-locking effect against rotation and twisting. The clamp mountings range of products has to offer many new construction forms, e.g. a twistable two-way clamp mounting or one with threaded holes. The parts are available not only with ground finished surface, but also black anodized. As complementing accessories we recommend retaining rods / retaining tubes, flange bolts, sensors holders / retaining plates and adjustable stainless steel lever kits for simple adjustment.

We herewith close our product range referring to the smallest clamping diameters and offer you with the miniature type series a alternative to the established compact clamps of the diameters 10-18 mm.
