Clamps

INOCON - clamps and linear units - the universal assembly kit for machine constructors

INOCON-clamps offering following advantages:

  • INOCON-clamps are strengthened by additionally ripped special pressure zones
  • greater momentum can be carried over
  • the shape of the parts are designed according to the load capacity
  • a free choice for the screw position is possible because of the hexagonal recess on both sides of the clamps
  • the exact mechanical treatment of the nominal clamping diameter allows to establish precise constructions
  • the nominal diameter are suitable for usual precision tubes
  • several components ensure many forms of flexibility in connecting tubes
  • a large accessories programme enables various solutions in order to realize complete constructions by using INOCON-clamps and tubes.

Construction units of stainless steel clamps:
The dull finished clamps in closed version are available in the construction units cross, flange, pedestal and angle clamp in the diameters 12, 14, 16 and 18 mm. New in our assortment are the diameters 15 and 20 mm for crosses and flanges.

Surface finishings:
The standard surface of the aluminium parts is slide grinded. Not only for optical reasons following surface finishings might be sensible:

Clamp-accessories

Tubes:
For all clamp diameters we supply the according precision tubes as pre-cut with inside- and outside deburring in the following materials, round and square:

  • steel galvanised
  • Aaluminium nature or anodic treated
  • stainless steel

Adjustment levers:
as an alternative to screws you can use adjustable levers (no tools necessary). Therefore the lever is turned into the right clamping position by a serration.
The levers are available unpainted or black / orange coated, as well as with steel browned or stainless steel thread.
